      Pros

      EvolvedMD has been an amazing place to develop my skills, gain more knowledge in my field and be surrounded by supportive, caring and fun humans! I have learned so much in my last month working here than I have anywhere else! -salary -benefits -PTO -hear what you have to say -2 weeks of detailed training -accommodations -new technology -on going support and education -diversity

      Cons

      -Working 8-5 with an hour lunch but sometimes that lunch hour has a work meeting scheduled. -No working from home- unless weather is bad. (I really enjoy working in person so not a con for me but may be for others)

      Best Place I've Ever Worked

      Pros

      I've been here for over a year and the company just keeps improving! Leadership cares about us and is always actively trying to improve things. This is the first job I've ever had where I didn't dread coming back to work after a vacation, in fact, I was excited because I missed my co-workers! There is also lots of room for growth if you are looking for that.

      Cons

      None of the following are truly cons. They are just areas of improvement for the future/ stuff to think about. - There could be more opportunities for a hybrid schedule. - Improved benefits (which will come as the company grows, I'm sure) - Compensation is about the middle of the road, could be worse, and could be better. - The type of counseling is very niche so if your interests change there isn't wiggle room to pursue that without leaving the company.
