I've been working for firstPRO for quite some time now and I am very proud of our growth and the limited turn over our teams have experienced in the past 3 years. I am proud of the relationships we have build with job seekers and companies all over the Philadelphia region. firstPRO offers all the tools you need to be be successful in recruiting and they achieve their success in a very ethical way. Working here as afforded a great career path for those who work hard and exceed expectations.

Cons

My experience has been so extremely positive working at firstPRO that it's difficult to pin point a "con" We are a company that recruits to support management and human resource staff directly and tend to avoid business that is managed using a VMS not allowing those relationships to be developed. If you look to run a VMS business, our model would not be the best place for you at this present time.
