Excellent Leadership and mentoring. IT, Finance and Legal have the best managers. Fair wages. Fun group of employees. FREE BREAKFAST

Cons

Benefits aren't all that great. A little old fashioned in their thinking. Strict dress code.

Pros

The good is that they don't micromanage you. But honestly they don't manage at all (which has it's own problems). Decent base salary and the office is pretty nice.

Cons

As mentioned- they don't manage. You'll get punished as a group, but they do nothing to help those that are struggling or flat out lazy. The owner has a warped view of reality and is very unstable. They are awful at promoting from within There is no diversity

Pros

If you enjoy working for a company with: -Bureaucracy -Poor management -Favoritism -Toxic Culture -High-turnover -Lack of transparency -Little to none of employee benefits, retirement -Lack of career advancement Then this is a great place for you to have an employment.

Cons

Behind the fancy facade, this company is filled with: -Legal Issues -Integrity Issues -Cultural Issues -Ethical Issues They advertise themselves as one of the top executive search firm for a selective ranges of verticals, but behind the curtain this is really just a temp agency, what is worst they lack of temp agency like aerotek, adecco structure, training and resource. Every team makes their own policy and rules and within the organization it constantly collapses and conflicts are norm. Additional, culture from top down is extremely toxic and bureaucratic; management is extremely incompetent and favoritism is notorious at this place; turnover is terrible at this place, their website advertise average 6 years of tenure of their staff which is a lie, majority if their legacy, top performing employees have left this firm in the past 2 years, turnover at this place is nearly 100%. They will sell you the world and make you feel like a king during the interview process, but the reality is, the benefit is horrible and expensive, there is no retirement plan, they throw expensive parties but employees don't have a sustainable career and benefit package, period. They constantly make payroll errors and commission errors, which they got into legal issue with one of the former employee for payroll issue. Most importantly, this place is lack of future for its own business and it's employees; there is no succession planning, there is no projected growth objectives, almost every family member of this owner works at this company... this place might have a better future if they are sold in the foreseeable future, otherwise, this place is merely a cash bank for the ownership. Make sure you exercise cautions prior accepting a role here, do your research, reference check and homework, don't just go with what they tell you during the interview process or what they advertise on their website.
