A Big "Family Business"

Pros

* A lot of fun people * You can get titles you don't deserve that might be good for your CV * The Aeria office in Berlin is super nice

Cons

* Out of date practices and tools (if they exist at all) * Broken management chain * Top-brass not caring about individual companies * Top brass not caring about employees * They put on a family, close-knit façade and expect that extra-mile effort, while never rewarding it except potential new titles, which are ways to overwork you more * Mid-management has tons of politics to the point of backstabbing, which is visible to top brass and affects ground troopers' work * If you speak up, you'll be called out. Obedience is rewarded by pats on the shoulder * People get promoted to their boss' position because boss is fired - even if the person isn't as good as their job and/or have leadership skills
