Pros

I like the folks at Gamigo. The ideals are sound and the outlook is positive.

Cons

There is some lacking management of the teams. It was tough to determine priorities and general focus for projects.

Pros

- Colleagues are nice and sharing the same boat - The working atmosphere is relaxed - Plenty of time for self-development since there is no control and micro management from the upper level managers and team leads - Flexible working hours, basically no one is really checking when you came and left - Good as a starting point for your career: salary + experience for your CV - Lots of opportunities to suggest ideas, but from the other hand it’s very hard to motivate people around to realize the ideas - The ability to learn different spheres of gaming industry, digital marketing, IT, etc.

Cons

- Complete lack of motivation among the employees of all levels: junior, senior, top - Low salary especially comparing to the industry average in the city - No corporate culture, plenty of employees hate the place they are working - Cuts in snacks and soft drinks, even the water in the bottles was replaced by a water filter - Lack of management, control and organization at all the levels, too many companies in the Gamigo group are competing between each other, and not working together as one - Shared services across the companies in the group: there is no organization, employees don’t perform their duties in time and accurate manner - Hard cost reduction on everything, employees are suffering - Lack of the necessary technical equipment, people even don’t have laptops and working with old slow desktops - Many employees are distressed, a lot of people are already quit one by one and still continue leaving the companies in the group. 80% of the employees are actively searching for another job - Management don’t value good employees at all, totally incompetent in their strategical decisions as well
