Pros

Trion wouldn't have survived without Gamigo buyout, but maybe shutdown would have been better

Cons

Management has promoted bullying and employees are fleeing the sinking ship. They keep flying in people from Germany to whip the US employees into compliance. Those who don't fall in line get fired. Those who stay are looking for other jobs. Awful environment- nobody is getting along and management is spineless to speak up to bullying against US employees.

Pros

The atmosphere has really relaxed, with people hitting their stride in different positions. There is a lot of room for personal development. Plus, the mixture of publishing, in-house development, mobile, and PC games makes lets you experience lots of different aspects of the free2play market. Plus, the Berlin location and office is insanely cool.

Cons

While its easy enough to jump positions, there isn't a lot of onboarding or training offered. Its quite sink or swim.
