Pros

There are seriously no pros.

Cons

This is honestly the worst job I have ever had. They work you to death, do not give bonuses worth anything, and they talk down to you. I have always had good rapport with my bosses in the past, but this duo is out of a nightmare. They have no regard for the life you have outside of work. They underpay you, and they offer horrible benefits. I took a leap of faith because it was a small start up, and I thought I could make a difference. Boy was I wrong. I left, and now make 20k more a year (which brings me to an average salary), have great benefits, profit sharing, and great bosses. If you stay there too long, you will seriously start doubting yourself. Working for this company is like being in an abusive relationship.

Pros

Small company is the only pro.

Cons

Low salaries, overworked, management pushes their employees until they break them and they leave. Owners tell customers what they want to hear to get sales blatantly lying throughout the entire sales process and then don't pay us our earned commissions.

Pros

When I started I felt great because they describe themselves as a young company with great potential. After a few weeks you start to see how management treats employees. The only people that remain are the ones that drank the Kool-Aid and believe that they will be rich someday - I was told in in 12 months - that was two years ago.

Cons

- Husband and wife team are owners and top management - need I say more? Ok, I will. They trust no-one. -The employee handbook can be changed at any time at their discretion - WTF!! -They hire kids right out of college so they can feed them the Kool-Aid and use them to work an exorbitant amount of hours and no additional pay - In management's mind, this is how you show loyalty and that you are a team player. -Management plays favorites in salary, pto (despite working 60 hours a week, you have to use PTO when you have a 2 hour doctors appointment) - depending who your are - if they like you, they will let this slide. - No overtime or comp. time - EVER - Do yourself a favor and get a job with a REAL company that will not change policies whenever the wind blows.

We have always been open and honest about what geoAMPS is and what it can deliver. All of our teams work diligently to make sure that our company policies are fair and that they are communicated clearly though every level of the company. Earlier this year we also implemented an updated PTO policy where we hope to provide greater flexibility to our employees. To help make geoAMPS the best place to work in Central Ohio, we encourage employees to voice concerns, questions or opinions. In any young company there can be unexpected challenges, occasional setbacks and opportunities that require quick and decisive actions. We have done our best to make this a better place to work with each challenge we face as a team.
