I was a part of geoAMPS for a long time and enjoyed seeing it grow quickly.

Pros

I started working at geoAMPS right after college as a graphic design intern in May 2012. During almost 3 years of work experience with the company, I saw it grow from 10 employees to 40, from 1700 sq ft office space to almost 9000 sq ft. I enjoyed seeing this company grow and being a part of it. I feel lucky and am proud to have geoAMPS as my first graphic designer job experience and sad to leave it, but chose to after having a baby this year. I believe that geoAMPS has so much potential and will continue growing over the years, over the countries! I recommend geoAMPS to anyone who is looking for a professional and fun place to work. With many positions available, the company makes sure that individuals are fit in the best position available to grow their capabilities. I wish geoAMPS best of luck in the future!

That's awesome that geoAMPS was able to be a place for you to grow as a professional. geoAMPS prides itself on creating a work place that is both fun and professional. As long as geoAMPS is growing, the employees are also growing as professionals, which is something you don't get at every company. As a current employee, I can confidently say that geoAMPS does everything possible to make sure their employees are in the best position to reach their fullest potential.

Great company with a lot of potential

Pros

I have worked hard and management recognizes this and rewards me (and others) appropriately. I have received recognition, promotions, and raises. This company has a tremendous amount of potential and with the right people in place it will definitely succeed. Also, the people that work here are great and I consider geoAMPS my second family. Management is also very flexible with coming in late, leaving early, stepping out for appts, etc as long as your work gets done and you don't abuse the "flex-time".

Cons

The hours can be long when we have deadlines to meet. There aren't documented processes and procedures so if you are someone who needs that structure geoAMPS is not the place for you (yet). It is still a small company so that is something that is always evolving and management (with a lot of input from employees) is looking to put more formal processes in place.

The people I work with are very friendly, the culture is warm, leadership is open minded, and progress is rewarded.

Cons

A few B level players are still on the bus, but leadership recognizes this and is making changes.
