In my past 6 years of career, I have experienced the best work environment in geoAMPS. The employees are very friendly and it’s a very positive environment to work at.

Good to Upgrade Skill on Ur Technology

Pros

I have been working here from the past 9 months. I love the work environment here, there are no restrictions, I get to work independently and I can directly take the access of the data base and start working, I don’t have to ask for any one’s permission and approval. If I need any help the senior management is always there. Our reporting team unlike the other teams work for all the clients so it’s quite a challenging task but the scope of learning and development is very wide. I get to deal directly with the local as well as US clients and communicate with Yogesh Khandelwal. Being a married woman balancing the work life and personal life is quite difficult but the flexible working hours and work from home facility makes it easier. Especially for women, the timings are till 8 p.m and no woman is allowed to stay back after 8. So I go back home at 6:30 and work from home and at the same time give time to my family as well.

Cons

- More Than 8 hours work not Consider any more. - For devliery of clients it's not is not discussion with IDC ( India leads ) - Sometime Night shift Work is too much pressure as well not any allowance For this - with Only one Mail need to deliver requirements No more discussion with Team. - even For devliery no process of work as well Time it's should be moulds wise - Unnecessary part is doing micro Manangement.

Pros

This is good Company for good career and work Environment is also very good as you can learn different areas/functionalities while working,I was working away from my home town but then I get to take leaves and work from home to take care of my family. I am fully satisfied and happy with my job. The way this organization functions I have seen growth opportunties for indiviuals & teams working here. If you have an ability to deliver, you will get the kind of exposure that you are expecting with regards to client, learnings etc.

Cons

Can have better systems & processes in place.
