Good Place To Work Who Loves To Work

Pros

-Flexibility -Your talent will be appreciated - People joined as Web Developer and Became Lead based on good efforts. -You will never be on bench - geoAMPS has enough work for everyone. -Many good clients. -No one will torture you to take leave. Best supporter if you have any emergency. -Free hands to innovation. -Employees with good attitude, you will feel like working with family. -0% Politics. -Open door policy - You can reach to anyone (including CEO) - Many people leave company but rejoined again. This shows strength of company culture.

Cons

-Long process of appraisal (But you will get arrears 100%)

Horrible - Stay away

Pros

There were some good people there, but none of them management.

Cons

Where to start...husband and wife were exploiting their employees to the max. Husband at one time was being sued by his former employer (Flairsoft) for stealing source code to start his own business (you can research this for yourself on Google.) My first clue that things were amiss was when I asked to see a schema for work purposes, I was told that it was "private", even to employees. I was asked to do wire framing with Excel (yes, you read that right.) Everything was secretive and any criticisms, even constructive ones, made you feel like a traitor. I have no idea how they are still in business.

Pros

GeoAMPS is a great place to work at. I enjoy working here and apart from my profile i got chance for conducting CSR activities which i loved to do. When I joined, my daughter was very small and I was given a time privilege, so that’s a part that I would always remember.

Cons

NA.I dont see any major down side.
