Pros

It is an organisation that put people's concern at its center. I have always had a chance to voice out and be listened to. That is the first time it happened in my career.

Cons

Since most employees are trainers, not everyone can get a chance to be promoted to the next level. But when your heart is at teaching, this position is really rewarding. Learners are experts in different fields. You don't only teach, you also learn a lot about cultures and learners' area of expertise!
