The opportunity to talk to learners from different cultures and backgrounds.

Cons

The standards are rigid and ridiculous. Only trainers who mechanically follow them are able to get good ratings.

Make your own schedule and talk to interesting people. There aren't any more pro for this company it's one of the worst.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The company has been around for a while, but their techniques are outdated and everything is very unclear. You have to guess if you're getting paid. Then if they pay you they use PayPal and you pay a fee. This is a very cheap company that doesn't not at all value its employees. Unpaid training, super low pay, minimum hour requirement and unclear contract information. The company expects for you to be bilingual or even trilingual and have a degree, but won't pay more. If stay away from this company of you can.
