Being part of a fun, dynamic and fast growing organization was really motivating for me. I also appreciated the transparency of the management. Everyone is approachable and this environment of trust makes your days at work more pleasant. Hard work is recognised and internal communication makes is easy to get to know people from other goFluent offices around the world.

Cons

You can feel that the company is growing and needs to adjust to new markets and demands from clients. Not a place for someone who is looking for a daily routine at work.
