Pros

Employees are given the chance to be part of a company that's continuously growing and expanding globally. If one's diligent and interested in the industry, he/she can really contribute to the company and find fulfillment in his/her job.

Cons

At least for our department, HR hasn't established (yet) career paths for individuals. So, for people who are keen on 'growing' within a company, there's still a lot of structure that can be put place within goFLUENT.

Pros

You're appreciated as an employee and always come first. Your schedule is flexible and you have help from management any time you want/need it. The students are so wonderful and easy to work with and you don't have to put in extra (unpaid) time writing lesson notes. The system and materials are just wonderfully created and very professional. Most importantly, you feel so at-ease and don't feel stressed out doing this job. You also have the sweetest, most wonderful team of people always looking out for your best interests.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about this company or the people I work with (which is beyond amazing).
