Pros

You can work from home and if you are bilingual you can get booked fairly quickly. You can give your lessons on vacation and pretty much anywhere with a good Internet connection. There is good communication between management and trainees.

Cons

You need to make sure that you have a good wifi connection. Corporate English Trainers don't really get promoted. Advancement positions are reserved for people in corporate positions.

- Close-knit global workplace community - Cultural diversity - Somehow meaningful work - In a state of constant improvement

Cons

Right now, it's a bit too reactive ("client focused"), rather than strategic, which trickles down to all other functions of the organization. Not sure if other people agree though.
