Pros

Excellent teacher support team. Adequate training for new teachers. Good (not excellent) teaching materials provided . They encourage teachers to adapt their teaching methods/styles to the student's needs. Students are able to select their teacher. I love building relationships with my students.

Cons

At the very low end of the pay scale with no bonus for performance and no room for personal development or growth within the organisation.

Set your own schedule and work from home. Enjoy meeting new business people in different countries and cultures. Management respects their employees and looks for continual improvements. Training provided.

Cons

Must have your own PC and headset. Pay could be better.

I have been here for almost 8 years now and the people I work with are pleasant and many are smart. I also like that the culture is not too stressful.

Cons

The office building is old and ugly. I also wish there are more events for the employees aside from the Christmas party.
