Pros

My experience with goFLUENT has been largely positive. The platform offers well-structured content and useful resources that support both learners and trainers. I appreciate the flexibility and the focus on practical communication skills. There are several support options at any given moment and the response time is good. Having worked here for 9 years now, I can say that the people that are a part of goFLUENT are largely like a family and take care of each other. I appreciate working with the individuals I work with at goFLUENT. My learners are lovely and show appreciation toward myself and the other trainers they have taken lessons with. It is a positive and efficient work environment.

Cons

The salary for long-term employees could be better but it still pays well compared to many other companies.

Pros

Working here has been a truly refreshing experience. I entered a completely new industry and was given the opportunity to learn, grow, and find my own path. Being surrounded by multiple languages and different cultures every day has made learning feel natural and motivating rather than overwhelming. What I value most is the chance to guide and support people in their learning journeys while continuing to develop my own skills at the same time. Each day brings new conversations, new challenges, and meaningful human connections, which makes the work feel purposeful and rewarding. This environment has turned learning and teaching into an energizing part of my daily routine, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that values growth, curiosity, and collaboration.
