Pros

I love the culture of helping each other across the countries. Everyone have strong growth mind set and I feel I can develop my career globally.

Cons

This is not disadvantages, but if you want to have a protected environment with little change and less challenges, it's not here. We keep growing very fast.

I have worked for many years at Gofluent, and I think I have found a really professional and supportive workplace. My manager has always helped me and given me the support I need. The company has provided me with many tools and opportunities to develop my skills and grow professionally. I think it is a really healthy work environment.

Cons

Time zones and different schedules may slow down coordination.
