Poeple from different countries and cultures work closely, help each other for a common goal as one team. I can feel that what we are doing can make a big impact to clients' business.

Cons

The expectations from the management are very high and challgnging, but it is rewarding. We have to be proactive in learning new things, which is hard, but it helps us grow after all.
