Pros

Great students. Nothing else to add here.

Cons

No career growth opportunities at all. Never getting a salary increase, no matter how long you work there. It gets too boring and repetitive over time with zero motivation. Oh, and first-hand info - the recent positive revs are not realistic. No trainer will ever say there are career opportunities. One person said that working here is not for stagnant people - it made me laugh so hard.

There are several points in this review that we feel require clarification. The suggestion that positive reviews from current trainers are somehow unrealistic or not genuine is simply not accurate. Trainers have different experiences and review platforms exist precisely so people can share those differing perspectives. We also do not recognise the suggestion that there are "zero" opportunities for growth. While career progression is naturally more limited in a teaching contractor role than in a traditional corporate position, trainers do have access to development opportunities, coaching and, for top performers, merit-based pay increases. While your experience was clearly a negative one, we're pleased to hear that you had positive relationships with your learners and we wish you the best in the future.

Pros

I’ve always felt supported in my growth here. You really see people who deserve it getting opportunities to move forward, which is motivating. If you have a growth mindset and are willing to go the extra mile, this is the right place to develop as a professional. The international environment and constant exchange with different teams make it really enriching. What I also love is that the human side still matters — leadership is approachable, reachable, and genuinely supportive, which makes a big difference every day.

Cons

Working across different countries and time zones can be demanding, but it’s very rewarding
