Work/life balance, fast growing company, lots of room to grow and move up the ladder within only a year or two.

Cons

Very little communication on new features from dev team. Some client will call for support for brand new features that the support team was never informed about or trained on.

Great culture and people. They 100% truly care about your mental health and encourage you to take advantage of the benefits. The work is rewarding and the platform is continuously improving. The co-founders are also amazingly accessible, transparent and kind.

Cons

They move FAST and sometimes things fall through the cracks or can be ambiguous. I love how they keep taking feedback from all team members to continuously improve communications, feature roll outs and more.
