1. Worst in terms of communication. They will never get back to you even if you follow-up a thousand times. 2. Low pay. They get a lot of work done and pay you peanuts. 3. Broken internal structure. Nobody wants to take ownership. 4. No transparency. They will not give you clear answers and keep delaying the conversation. 5. No empathy. Nobody cares about anyone. They treat you like robots. 6. No ownership of mistake. They will make mistakes and will not own up to it.

Where do I start.. They will repeatedly ask you to do things outside of the scope of your job without any incentive. I was made to train new employees while doing my job. Management could be better and more transparent instead of just randomly pulling you into a zoom room to train someone. I wouldn’t have cared to train someone if the pay was better but it wasn’t. Pay definitely isn’t a livable wage these days. You will be asked to do A LOT of things out of your job description. Only people who are really safe are older employees. Use this job as a stepping stone but don’t expect to be in it for longevity
