      Pros

      Nice people, If you're a recent grad it's a decent job. Low pay so be prepared for that.

      Cons

      They've shipped all the good paying jobs to India. The only jobs left in the US are low level support jobs. It's hard to move around in the company if you don't have a ton of experience already coming into the job. They do hire from within, but by the time the job is posted, there is someone already in the spot. Posting is just a formality.

      Pay, Benefits, Upper Management, Advancement Opportunities

      Cons

      Still working out the kinks, lots or changes and restructering, lots of young people as Heads of Departments and don't quite have a grasp on how to structure / run smoothly - thus lots of department restructuring and changes happen constantly. They also don't stick to the handbook. They said Unlimited PTO but then when you got to a certain amount you found out it really was NOT unlimited.

      They do a lot of international hiring. That includes your managers, so the cultural difference can make or break things.
