      Great product, good entry level position, free healthcare, remote first, great people

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO, Managers need more professional development, you’ll work crazy hours and treated more as an hourly employee even if you’re on salary. Expect to work holidays… CS Advisor is more like customer support rather than SaaS consulting/advising. The salary is not livable wage.

      They sell a buggy software and expect csr team to be software engineers. Customers are clueless and irate cause nothing works as it should.

      Good pay Good benefits Cool company retreats The work culture is okay, not breathing down your neck

      Cons

      Multiple years here and no promotions The metrics they want are ridiculously hard to obtain After they outsourced more work from India, the job got incredibly more difficult They don't listen to the frontline agents and the advice they can give on how to make things better
