      Pros

      Work is a team effort and everybody pitches in to get the workload done, Fast paced so you stay busy and time flies, opportunity for growth, management is the best, food really is fresh and safely handled, location events and employees seem to be patient and friendly.

      Cons

      Lots of teenagers, confusion as to what my shift position really is

      wonderful opportunity for those willing to work hard

      Pros

      - A company that practices what it preaches - I've seen a number of employees advance quickly through the ranks (from line cook to management to corporate) - You get out of this job/company what you put in. Work hard and it will pay off. (literally and figuratively) - I have so far recommended two friends for positions - Great group of people that works hard and has fun while doing it - Awesome, creative environment - Extremely receptive to ideas - Rapidly growing - Fun perks for employees (talent shows, volunteer opportunities, dance classes, etc)

      Cons

      - Start up company so benefits are limited at the time. Looking forward to 401K, etc. - Nothing else negative to say.

      Fast Paced, good team, hard work but walk out knowing tht you served really great customers

      Pros

      Coworkers are great to work with some have been there a while so they show you the ropes when you come in. Everyone likes to help each other so it makes work pretty fun. Cool customers that like to have fun with us too and it makes the day go by fast.

      Cons

      Lunch rush can get tough and you need to know your menu in order to succeed and that is going to take time to master.
