      Nothing except glassdoor review.. Not sure who gave such review..

      HIRE AND FIRE POLICY!! They do not have right culture to select right candidate for right role. Even if as a developer they hier u for .net core however ur good in .net mvc,these poor mindset ppl do nkt have patient to give u time to pickup. While giving offer they will tell u, we do not have bar for salary for right candidate.... But while firing they will tell you, as your package is so much, we cannot give u time. People with responsibility stay away... They have leaders onsite, they wil not even address ur problem. Hr will force u to put down paper...

      Pros

      1. Flexible timings 2. No dress code 3. Freedom to work on different technology and project 4. Chances of leading project when you have 1-2 experience and good communication skills 5. Monthly or quarterly events 6. Top Management is awesome. They happily invite and accept any new idea's from Employees.

      Cons

      1. I2E is fastest growing company and needs to change location 2. Canteen facility is not available and street food is hardly available near by company. 3. Meeting rooms are occupied most of time. As result Team Lead need to attend call from there personal phone and desk. 4. Social (FB, twitter, etc) and Media(Gaana,Saavn,etc) sites are blocked which basically means work 24x7 without entertainment. 5. Webex issue are very frequent. So as solution they will limit bandwidth on Video Streaming websites. (Ahh, Brilliant Solution..!!!)
