      False promises and lies

      I am really surprised how this company got any good reviews.may HR’s game😂. Don’t waste your precious time on this rabbit hole

      Cons

      While hiring they will make tall promises but in reality those are just bundle of lies. Company is fully dependent on old and poor skilled employees and not ready to give opportunities to new ones. One of the biggest lies they will tell to all new employees about onsite opportunities but that’s nothing but cheap stunt to lure people. All projects looks same and no opportunity to learn new stuffs

      -Great coworkers -Positive Culture & attitude. -Opportunities for Personal & professional growth -Company Growth & Advancement -WFH facility. -Easy access to Top Management -The company is growing so there are opportunities are coming & more might come in upcoming years. -The company provides regular communication, listens to and considers new ideas, and continually encourages growth, both personally and professionally. -The company understands work-life balance and actually respects that. -The culture here is conducive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interests. -You get to work with top thought leaders in several industries--smart, collaborative, willing to share (you typically don't get such easy access and support from Higher Management outside) -The WFH facility helps to maintain Home-Office balance & the company now has employees across India.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. While the company is growing, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding new normal policies, formalizing procedures, etc.) that come along with any growing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support that. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. That mindset is rewarded at I2E.

      flexible time work from home working with Pfizer and they are depend on the this company

      Very bad experience, Not so easy to do a job here for who are simple attitude but having good skill and experience. if you can do politics then you are king here, there is a lot of groups here, some senior people thought that they are very generous and they play with your emotions some time. many people did work in past for just one company and they are working here and they are now working here as manager level. so if you have good skills but are against office politics then please don’t waste your talent here. some seniors are even don’t know the basic skills. they are just searching on google and talking new things in the meeting.

      i2e Consulting is a certified “Great Place to Work” company. A worldwide certification company that interviews employees about transparency, growth and culture. You receive this certification if the company fulfills the basic criteria. Even if there have been such issue, the company takes concrete steps in resolving it. It’s an open-door policy and everyone is allowed to raise their concerns to the HR and Management anytime.
