severly unequal pay. expensive minimal benifits. Very physical job -sweatshop. When someone quits its the expectation of employees to complete that job as well with no incentive other then -keeping your job. Old ibm folks have to do the same jobs as anyone else and get paid on a base of inequality unseen since the last guilded age (in many cases TENS of dollars more an hour then other employees). Engineers and managers are hired based on "who ya know" or "who likes who" rather then on a bases of education, experience or hard work. The employees are overly petty and just plain mean, especially to new people in training. Lots of screaming over spelling errors and less about product errors. Just very petty place to work. Many employees who have been there for decades have NEVER seen raises.

Wages were not always handled fairly and the time off requests were many times handled with partiality.
