Pros

Working alongside engineers who have been building this product for years. Someone always ready to help. When I encounter a tricky bug or an unfamiliar part of the codebase. Regular check-ins and team communication. No one is left in the dark. Flexible work setup and opportunities for time off. I am able to work when I am most productive and not just watching the clock.

Cons

The company is smaller than big tech firms, so the salary is not at the absolute top of the market.
