Pros

I like that things here aren't rushed, and I can do my work without constant pressure. There’s enough flexibility to manage my time, which makes a big difference on busy weeks. The team is collaborative, and senior engineers are always willing to share their knowledge.

Cons

Strict compliance rules and some processes are slower than you'd expect.

They Lie Blatantly About the Roles

Pros

As you will work too much in too little time, you will gain plenty of experience here.

Cons

The leadership is fake. These people lie blatantly about the job roles and ask you to take on more and more work. It was terrible. There was no break, and we were asked to work on multiple projects simultaneously. It was incredibly stressful and exhausting.
