Pros

Employees are cooperative and understanding.

Cons

There is no job security at ibaset and I felt it is the worst place to work with. You do all the hard work and take over loads of things just to be positive and show your willingness in each specific work even if not in your profile but is never considered. You can be out of the company any time. You will not get necessary approvals wherever needed. Even your suggestions will get rejected. Top management says we have open door policy but what is the meaning if no suggestion is accepted by them. Wasted one year working with them. Hopeless company. Do not join if you care for your career. They just talk....... They are not concerned about any one's well being.

Pros

Top management is very nice and care employees. Very complex and deep product.

Cons

The engineering department I was in was constantly overworked, micro-manged and morale was pretty low. Due to that, there was lots of turnover and people who still there are not happy in that department. No trust in the team and always throw under the bus, keep loading with too much work. Very intimidating. There are lots of overlapping work. Lots of insecurity and no team collaboration. I could not bare long time.
