      Pros

      Extremely precise interview process. iCIMS takes the time to assure the integrity of its employees. Through the process they take time to assure that a candidate will be placed in the right position to succeed. Talent acquisition team is absolutely second to none, they take time to speak with the candidate and walk them though the entire process. Hiring managers are knowledgeable and kind. I’m looking forward to stating my carrier in working with a group of some amazing and goal oriented people.

      Cons

      None at this time- hopefully this will not change.

      Pros

      I was incredibly impressed with the interview process when I applied to iCIMS. Each candidate must go through several interviews before being hired for the company. Although this may sound like a lot, it really shows how much iCIMS cares about who they hire. With each interview, the people are nothing but kind and approachable, making the candidates feel completely at ease through each step in the process. They are very clear on what they are looking for and are very open and honest with you along the way. It's honestly the best interview process I've ever gone through.

      Cons

      There isn't really anything negative I have to say about the interview process for iCIMS. It was done very well.

      Pros

      Some pros were the fact that he training that provided was wonderful-- they really wanted to keep all employees up to date with all the products.

      Cons

      Some cons were that the job kept changing over the last year in terms of metrics and what they expected of us.
