      Pros

      Such a great onboarding experience as a new hire. I have been here for about 3 months now and it has been the best. The talent development team really brings their A-game and helps you become acclimated as an employee at iCIMS. After only 3 months, I feel like I have been here for even longer. Through training and classes, I was able to easily get familiar with our products and really hit the ground running right away. Weekly meetings with your manager are also a plus. Feel like you can really form a good relationship and talk to them about any of your concerns. Overall it has been an awesome experience and accepting this job at iCIMS has been the best decision!

      Pros

      Technical recruiter was responsive, candid, trustworthy. The recruiter articulated clearly about iCIMS's overall mission, talent strategy and company culture. The recruiter not only focused on my technical skills, but also emphasizes my character and experiences as important factors to drive iCIMS's growth and success. The interview process was transparent and comprehensive, from senior manager, chief architect to principle software developers, they asked and validated my skills and experiences, drive and passion, but also shared company's vision, product strategy and more importantly company's culture, the importance of my career growth within the company. They let me have chances to ask questions about company, technology stack. They really care about talents. I was very impressed and had a phenomenal candidate experience.

      Requirement churning could be a concern due to fast pace growth.

      Pros

      There's a mix of employees at every stage of their career, which allows for insights and innovations. There is a concrete company vision, and I personally feel that there is a path for me to continue my career here. Health benefits are great.

      Cons

      9 hour work day is a bummer - I'd much rather work through lunch to get home an hour earlier. 401k match could be better, but it's still good.
