      Pros

      The people who work here, for the most part, love what they do and it shows. It is a great community of people and the most common answer you get when asking "what do you like about working here?" is "the people."

      Cons

      As the company grows there are some growing pains when trying to transition from the start-up mentality to a well established company and they tend to be a little too reactionary

      Pros

      There are some great people to work and collaborate with. I've met some great friends and professional contacts over the years. Decent health insurance, dental and vision.

      Cons

      Inconsistent at best. So much turnover and sneaky back door practices. Transparency is a joke and management is completely ineffective. We need stronger leaders, mentors, and people who care about the employees.
