      Pros

      iCIMS is a great company that offers incredible benefits and opportunity for growth. They are a SaaS company that is growing and has the potential to be one of the top technology companies in the country.

      Cons

      Management at iCIMS can be better and they could work on growing staff with session planning.

      - Great benefits (401k, healthcare, PTO) - Location (great if you live in NJ) - Casual attire

      Cons

      - Zero Career growth. upper management do not have a career plan so why would an associate? - Perks are being eliminated. there used to be socials each month...those are gone. There used to be a great training package...that's dwindling. If you like bagels, they offer bagels on Fridays and there's a Coca Cola machine that's filled each week - Sales is a frat house - Marketing is miserable - Overworked and under compensated - Takes at least 2 yrs to be promoted from a level 1 to a level 2 - Leadership does not know what is going on. Very disconnected from C-level to VP to management to associate

      Thank you for sharing your feedback and for highlighting our benefits, which we take great pride in. As we always say – our employees need to be adaptable and embrace change. While we have made changes to areas like monthly socials (moving these to celebrating major milestones) we have not reduced what’s available within our training packages and, in fact, have added to these programs over the last year. Training is now available via our in-house training department, online training courses, and outside training options. We do have formal career and compensation paths and plans for each role, and walk through them during mid-year and year-end performance reviews. Current employees can request a walk-through of them via their manager or HR Business Partner at any time.
