cultish soap opera.

Pros

decent health care. free coffee and soda. convenient location. younger staff, which was nice, but also a downfall (see below). bagel fridays.

Cons

cliquey, low pay, terrible and inexperienced management, lots of drama. there are very little checks and balances in place to ensure fairness. communication between departments leaves a lot to be desired. hires young and inexperienced to save money, without proper management and leadership to mold them. also relatively cultish.

Pros

Company Lunch, Bagel Fridays, good medical plan. Rarely push you to work overtime (i.e. not 9-6). People are very friendly and the atmosphere of the company is generally positive.

Cons

Pay less than some other companies, performance is based more on metrics. No 401k matching, no stock options. No bonuses.
