Marketing budget is robust and available to support huge marketing department, support from upper management, team work and all hands on deck type of attitude. Day to day functions can be boring but end results are usually rewarding. Lots of tools and resources to get the job done. In house design team.
Cons
Culture can be very cliquey and gossipy. Management can be missing or not available at important or high stress times. Young company with young employees - some are lazy and fall through the cracks without management noticing. Very long hours - really takes a toll on personal life with family, appointments, commuting and life outside of work in general. Culture claims to be transparent but management is very secretive. Sometimes feel like you have to walk on egg shells.
