-High pay compared to other high school jobs. -Good for networking with other developers. -You learn a lot of new skills and technologies while teaching. -Presentation skills are improved.

-You may have to tweek or develop your own lessons.

- Difficult Curriculum --> They give a required you must teach, which is very poorly put together, so its hard to instruct the students on the topics, when the curriculum is so confusing -Thrown into classes you don't want to teach
