No cons here. iCode is a great place to work. If I had to something though, the salary isn’t high, but it’s a worthwhile experience

The most toxic work environment I have been a part of. I’m scared for my job every day. This place is a revolving door of employees. Complete lack of leadership and most importantly, lack of integrity. Questionable business practices, including not paying employees and for services rendered, like the cleaning crew, elevator service, etc. Stay away! It is not worth it.
