Best visuals in the industry, great work environment. Could be a real player in the industry.

Cons

It is an us vs. us mentality. Let me explain. There are a lot of people at this company that instead of going after the competition, they would rather cause internal conflict. This is a very petty, high school clique, condescending place to work. No one respects each others ideas and the management there is a joke. Not only that, but the pay scale is less than mediocre. They could've had a real chance, but since they hate each other over there, they have really fallen off the wayside and other companies with less have done more.

I am glad you took the time to write this review of your experience, we take this input seriously. We have in fact re-structured our sales teams to create a more positive synergy and eliminate the us v. them territories. Everything is now focused on growth and moving the company forward.

There were some benefits like paid vacations and holidays. The lazy people went and played ping pong all day.

Cons

Steer clear look elsewhere. Most employees are petty and act like high schoolers. Compensation and benefits are poor. Management is very condescending upon everyone and plays favorites to the highest degree. There is no room to move up in any position.
