Pros

Great company atmosphere with a ton of interesting and fun people to work with. Easy product to be able to talk about with customers and explain how it works. Support staff is second to none and the technical services team really know how to a sales rep sell the product. Owner is a great man with a clear vision of what he wants to accomplish and how he wants to get there. Director level needs some work but everything can't be perfect.

Cons

iDashboards is a great company to work for but their decision making when it comes to employee problems needs to change, specifically within the HR department.

Clean work environment. Everyone Wants to the company to be successful as well as individual employees being successful...it's tough.

Cons

Leadership, because there is none and salary & benefits.
