Pros

The company has had its ups and downs due to some poor managers and just some overall bad luck in the past. With an overhaul of the product and new management, the outlook is starting to pick up. The environment has really gone from gloom and doom to this is our time. The CEO over the last year has really shown he puts workers first. Not one person was layoff over covid concerns. The company still gave everyone a bonus when other companies are cutting every corner. To me, this really shows if you work hard here you are valued. Work-life is not bad compared to other places I have worked. We are busy so working outside of work hours does happen but is not required. This only happens if you feel compelled. The company adopted a flexible schedule where possible. We now have the Keurig coffee machine. Overall the company has become my home and I enjoy everyone I work with.

Cons

Being this is a small company everyone is busy. Unlike large companies you cant focus on just one skillset you need to be able to have the mindset of doing what needs to get done. The CEO is a quiet person and this could be construed as not caring or unapproachable.

Pros

Being a smaller company is certainly a good thing for iDashboards. Seeing how the product has changed in the last 3 years has been quite an experience. Development is constantly looking for additional ways to improve the product and are very quick to fix any problems. The Management team is very receptive and supportive of us. The company atmosphere is that of a large family with different events that we have throughout the year to bring us together. It has been an absolute pleasure to work for iDashboards and I look forward to where we are going in the future.

Cons

I do not have anything negative to say at this time.

Pros

As a member of the Technical Services team, I was always given the space to focus on developing skills that not only were an asset to the organization, but also to my professional growth. The amount of knowledge I gained across many industries was incredible. Frequent travel opportunities both to tradeshows and clients. I was also given the opportunity to tackle data and BI challenges for clients in every vertical on data platforms of every type. Beyond the professional growth benefits, I made lifelong friends and mentors in my tenure at iDashboards. The company has frequent employee events that keep the team together, like the annual company Golf Outing & Dinner. As of late, the product is better than ever before with the development team really stepping up and moving the product into the future with new features.

Cons

Here are some cons for some: The company is on the smaller side, so don't expect to be able to disappear into the wallpaper. Everyone's role is critical. Changes to product and processes come fast, so you always need to be thinking on your feet. The most successful people on the Tech Services team are self-starters and problem solvers.
