Pros

The insurance was affordable and some of the staff was friendly. They had a lot of parties.

Cons

Don’t be fooled by the recent posts. They’ve been claiming to be a “dynamic startup” for the last 15 years. The CEO is the biggest problem with this company. He has an antiquated product that is not competitive in the market. They don’t keep up with their competition and think they have the best product on the market, which is far from the truth. Shadan does not know how to manage, and is not a CEO.

Pros

Being a smaller company is certainly a good thing for iDashboards. Seeing how the product has changed in the last 3 years has been quite an experience. Development is constantly looking for additional ways to improve the product and are very quick to fix any problems. The Management team is very receptive and supportive of us. The company atmosphere is that of a large family with different events that we have throughout the year to bring us together. It has been an absolute pleasure to work for iDashboards and I look forward to where we are going in the future.

Pros

Great group of people promoting a product that our customers really love. Fun activities throughout the year, benefits like chair massages and tickets to Tigers games. Lots of room for mobility within and between departments. Good place to develop a career.

Cons

Development team is held back by toxic leadership, which has led to critical delays in the product. Upper management seems to panic a lot.
