Pros

Growing fast (you get to learn) Great team cohesion. Coworkers get along well. Small teams work well together. Your hard work, skills, work ethic is not overlooked, good work is always appreciated. Not stressful work.

Cons

Growing fast (not everything is stable) Projects and requirements might change a lot sometimes, because of it's fast growing nature.

Pros

If you are trained and excel in social media content development, this is the place for you. Bloggers, site management, and SEO talent is prized. The iHeart app and online image is the future of the company. Also, a great training ground for sales, if you can handle the pressure.

Cons

No future for local air talent. No room for local creativity. Experience is not an asset. Very little growth potential on the operations/programming side. All non-digital assets are disposable to meet debt payments.

Pros

Fun. Friday Happy Hour with beer cart at 4pm. Lots of short days or extra days off around holidays or when the revenue is up.

Cons

Dont honor job offers. Constantly taking accounts away and shuffling accounts. Layoffs. Reducing commission plans. No training offered. Little support from managers.
