Pros

Unlimited Income Potential, Best Radio company with the most assets and best on-air talent in the market, as well as the best resources of any radio company in the country in my opinion.

Cons

Getting to be way to corporate...assigning higher-ups made up positions and having Sales Managers and market managers on a thousand conference calls each week isn't helping increase revenue.

Pros

The company is a union shop so the pay is pretty good. Also, the atmosphere is not filled with micro-managers. You generally get your instructions and are expected to follow through.

Cons

Not much negative to mention. The opportunities for advancement take a while, but in this economy that is normal.
