The company benefits are good and radio in general is a really fun atmosphere to work in every day. It's not unusual to crack open beers at 5pm or have the office close early for a team bonding at a local bar. Celebrities frequently pay visits, do live performances in your office, and there are usually tickets for various events and concerts available for most people who would like them.
Cons
Iheart operates on a very lean budget compared to other media companies. They pay their promotions and marketing staff on an hourly basis and they do not want them to work over-time. The quality of staff that is willing to work under these circumstances is much lower quality than is available at other higher paying companies. The company is constantly shrinking requiring that people, especially managers, take on roles that 5 years ago would have been done by 5 people.
