Pros

Management is super friendly and the company culture is fun.

Cons

Not much room for growth unless someone leaves the company. Sometimes confusing on who we're actually reporting to.

Pros

I enjoy working the events, and making connections with various people in the music industry. Radio is a great platform in the entertainment industry, and iHeart Media is at the center of it all. Coworkers are incredibly talented and hardworking.

Cons

Pay isn't as competitive as it should be. Although the company has it's perks, those things don't necessarily pay the bills.

It's radio.

Pros

The perks of radio are always there. Concert tickets, free stuff, food, etc (when you can get them and if you're friends with promotions)

Cons

We all know the pay is crap and the risk of unemployment is always looming. Plus its corporate radio so you have limited control over what goes over the air.
