Pros

Great perks: Meet famous people and go to great events. Pretty flexible with your schedule, but they know no one can live off the salary and hours they provide. Great for developing people/ networking skills.

Cons

Too many people trying to be boss. Workers very competitive and childish toward each other. There is no team mentality. More worried about the bottom line then any standards of quality. Sales is all that matters. The company cuts budget to ridiculous levels and the product suffers.

Pros

Attending events for customers, first to try new restaurants in the city, meeting business partners in different industries, great for resume building to get to know business owners.

Cons

100% commission after 3 months is stressful and a bit ridiculous, there are constant changes in the commission structure and upper management is always changing as well.
