Pros

Great stations to sell. Many different things to sell and build marketing campaigns around. These stations reach almost everyone in San Diego.

Cons

A lot of internal systems to navigate through which can create a lot of busy work. For a salesperson that would rather be doing what I do best and be out selling this can bog you down.

Well respected in the business community. Autonomy given by corporate to local management.

Cons

Lots of initiatives happening at the same time. At times can be construed as trial and error busy work and the initiative of the month.
