Pros

Flexible with work schedule and family responsibilities.

Cons

Upper Mgmt has programs that do not function on a day-to-day basis and we are constantly calling the helpdesk. There are ways of doing business which are outdated and require more work on our part when they could automate so many more procedures. Frustrating!

Pros

People are really great! They are creative and work really hard to make the content on-air really compelling and the execution of promotions and concerts is well done.

Cons

Some years there has been a lot of down sizing so people are forced to take on additional work and responsibilities which causes a lot of stress.
